You may cancel at any time, from your billing settings, in a couple of clicks. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments already made are not refunded, and we do not prorate partial months. Our Free plan exists so you can evaluate Aiome properly before paying us anything.
We state this plainly rather than burying it. Aiome has a genuinely free plan — not a trial that expires, but a real workspace for up to three people. We consider that a fairer way to let you decide than taking your money and arguing about it later.
Open your workspace, go to Billing settings, and select Cancel subscription.
That is the complete process. Specifically:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until then, and you will not be charged again.
If you cannot reach your billing settings for any reason, contact us at aiome.io/contact and we will cancel it for you. We will not use that conversation as an opportunity to talk you out of it.
Your data after cancellation. When your subscription ends, your workspace is retained for 30 days, during which you can export your data or reactivate. After 30 days it is deleted from live systems. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum, which state the same 30 days.
Fees already paid are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, for Seats removed mid-cycle, or for periods during which you did not use the Service.
Read this first, because it works in your favor. Paddle, not Aiome, is the seller of your subscription, so Paddle decides refunds. This Section is the policy we apply and ask Paddle to honor — but Paddle may refund you within 14 days of a payment at its own discretion, including in situations where our policy below says we would not, and it may refuse a refund where it finds evidence of abuse. Paddle will not process any refund request made more than 60 days after a payment. If our policy and Paddle's terms ever disagree, Paddle's buyer terms govern the refund.
We are not looking for technicalities. We will refund you where:
One practical limit that is not ours. Paddle does not process refund requests made more than 60 days after the payment concerned. Please raise anything on the list above with us promptly, and well inside that window, so that we can act on it.
These are the cases in which we will not authorize a refund. They do not override Paddle's own discretion as seller, or any statutory right you have.
If you think your situation deserves a refund and it is not listed above, write to us at aiome.io/contact. We read these and we do use judgment.
Purchases of Aiome paid plans are transacted through Paddle, and Paddle is the merchant and seller of record — your purchase contract is with Paddle rather than with Aiome. In practice:
If you do not recognize a charge on your statement: because Paddle is the seller of record, your statement may show Paddle rather than Aiome. Please contact us before disputing it with your bank — we can identify and resolve a charge in hours, whereas a chargeback takes weeks and locks the funds while it runs.
Where this policy and Paddle's terms disagree, Paddle's terms prevail to the extent of the conflict, on anything concerning the purchase, payment, taxes, refund, or cancellation of a subscription. Everything in this policy that does not conflict with them continues to apply in full, and nothing here affects the rest of our Terms of Service.
If your team size fluctuates significantly month to month, contact us — we would rather find a sensible arrangement than have you overpay.
Paid plans renew automatically. Unless you cancel, your subscription renews at the end of each billing period and your payment method is charged the then-current price for the Seats in your workspace. Billing is monthly unless stated otherwise at checkout. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings — see Section 2.
When you first subscribe, we disclose the renewal terms before you pay, obtain your consent to them separately, and send you a confirmation that includes the renewal terms and how to cancel. If we change your price, we give at least 30 days' notice before it takes effect, and you may cancel beforehand. See Section 5 of our Terms of Service.
The Free plan costs nothing, requires no payment method, and does not convert to a paid plan by itself. You will never be charged unless you actively choose a paid plan and enter payment details.
You can stop using it at any time, and there is nothing to cancel.
We do not delete a Free workspace for being inactive. There is no idle deadline and no clean-up sweep. Return in a year and your workspace will be as you left it. If we ever change that, we will publish the policy and give notice before anything is deleted.
For anything about a charge, a refund, or an invoice, contact aiome.io/contact or [email protected]. We aim to reply within one business day.
If we cannot resolve it between us, Section 16 of our Terms of Service explains what happens next — including the 30-day informal resolution period we are required to go through before anything formal starts.
